Sociable female for friendly Putney flat share

A large double room is available for a female in their mid-twenties, to replace me in a great Putney flat share from 1st October (earlier is possible as the room is currently vacant).

The room is large and bright and comes furnished with a double bed, built in wardrobes and a chest of drawers. The flat has a spacious living room with a dining area and separate kitchen. There is one bathroom that is shared between all three tenants in the flat. Parking permits can be gained for free from Wandsworth Council.

The rent is £537 a month and bills are paid separately and come to around £35 a month with gas and electricity paid every quarter. A £700 deposit is required when you move in.

The location is fantastic - just under a 10 minute walk from Putney rail station and just slightly further to East Putney tube station. At the end of the road there is a bus stop with buses 14, 37 (24 hours) and 39, 85 and 93.

There is a lovely living room which is great for chilling out in front of the TV after work with a glass of wine or takeaway, and we enjoy going for drinks out in Putney and the occasional night out as well.

This is a friendly flat and you will get to live with two fantastic girls who enjoy spending time together in and out of the flat but also have their own busy social lives.
