Double room in Putney flat share

Hello,

I have a room to rent in my Putney flat.

The flat is on Upper Richmond Road, 1-minute from Putney station and the high street, and 30 seconds from Artisans coffee shop and Lazaro bakery.

It's a two-bedroom conversion split over the second and third floors. The flat is fully furnished although you could move your own bed in if you wanted to.

The room is a good size with enough space for a king sized bed. It has a medium-sized chest of drawers, a built-in hanging cupboard, a dressing table alcove and two large windows that face away from the road. It is on the same level as the open plan kitchen/living room and the second bathroom.

The second bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink.

There's a Sainsbury's 2-minutes away and it's a short walk down to the river. Richmond Park is nearby and there are plenty of pubs, bars, take-outs, shops and transport links within a stone's throw.

You would be sharing the flat with me. I'm 34 and originally from Cape Town. I'm a digital consultant for a design organisation and usually spend my free time cycling or in a beer garden somewhere sunny! I'm looking to share with someone who is easy-going, tidy and trustworthy.

Rent is £875 all-in. This includes, gas, electricity, water, council tax, TV and broadband.
