We have a huge double room available in our homely 3 bed flat in East Putney/Wandsworth.

The room is very large, with loads of storage space (including a walk in wardrobe) has an en-suite with shower and is available immediately, so we're looking to fill the room as soon as we find a match.

The flat is bright and modern with a large open plan living room/kitchen/diner and has an outdoor space with decking and a garden. We're conveniently located for East Putney tube station and a short bus ride to Clapham Junction overground. Both Putney High St and Wandsworth High St are a short walk away, meaning you're never too far from all the shops, restaurants and cafes you want!

We're a chilled flat who enjoy hanging out in the main areas in the evenings, but are always busy out and about the weekend. Mike is a keen cyclist so is always jetting off riding or racing and Becca enjoys her weekends away exploring and partying.

We're looking for a young professional who would fit in well and join us in our home and be up for the occasional drink down at the local.

The room is available immediately (subject to references) and the price given includes both rent and bills for each month.
