The room:
Cosy and comfortable, fully furnished and with good storage including wardrobes and a desk. (Currently there is no bed in the video, but there is space for a queen size or double)
Rent £850 pcm bills included.

Communal areas:
Nice and spacious living area to chill out in, dining room, and eat in kitchen which is fully equipped with everything you need to cook or bake. Gas cooker, tall fridge freezer, and a dishwasher. Utility area has a washing machine/washer-drier.

There is a downstairs toilet in addition to the Bathroom with shower upstairs.

Big and sunny garden with great outdoor space.

Live-in landlord (but I work away and will only be home occasionally).

Location:
The house is in the Dover House conservation area, within easy reach of both Wimbledon Common and Richmond Park. It is a really nice and quiet neighborhood.

Transport:
The closest station is Barnes which takes you quickly into Waterloo. We are some distance to the nearest tube (East Putney), 25 minutes by bus to Putney station on the district line. Otherwise we have buses going to both Richmond, Hammersmith, and Putney within minutes from the house.

The flatmates:
4 flatmates possible, no couples.
It is a tidy and relaxed household of working professionals. We are nice and social, yet quiet and respectful.
There are currently two males living at the property, one of them are leaving at the end of May.

Room rates: £850 pcm for double room including bills.

All bills, electricity, gas, council tax, broadband, etc included.

Tenant responsibilities: Tidy after themselves, and help keep the communal areas tidy.

It is possible to do a viewing over Skype / Whatsapp.
