Extra large double room available for a great price in a fantastic location - rent per month is àƒÃƒÂƒÃ‚‚ ‚ÃÂà ‚Â‚ÃƒÂƒÃ‚Â‚ÃƒÂ‚ £650 and bills normally àƒÃƒÂƒÃ‚‚ ‚ÃÂà ‚Â‚ÃƒÂƒÃ‚Â‚ÃƒÂ‚ £50 to àƒÃƒÂƒÃ‚‚ ‚ÃÂà ‚Â‚ÃƒÂƒÃ‚Â‚ÃƒÂ‚ £60 per month on top of that roughly. Move in date is 10 June. We are looking for a professional working female who works fairly regular hours to match our working patterns.

The bedroom is spacious and bright. It has a double bed (brand new in Sept last year), bed side table, mirror, chest of drawers, stand alone wardrobe and a bookcase within the room.

There is no lounge however theres a nice kitchen with a high bar and high bar stools, wifi, a large fridge/freezer and washing machine. The bathroom has a shower and bath.

Currently there are two housemates living here - Johanna, 30, British who works as a Manager at a Museum and Usha, 30 Kiwi who works in Client services in the City.

There is a great atmosphere in the house - we are all good friends and spend loads of time hanging out. We also really enjoy down time and time to ourselves with other friends and hobbies.

We enjoy going out for dinner or drinks in the area and London every few weeks :) so looking for someone to join!

We are looking for someone to fit with the house dynamic, someone clean, tidy, respectful, quite chilled out - we are a home not just a house and not a party house :) There are plenty of bars nearby though ;)

The flat is located on the top floor (3 flights of stairs) only a 1 minute walk to Putney Station, 5 minutes walk to East Putney underground, loads of bus stops along the surrounding streets to get nearly anywhere as well as a convenient night bus that drops off in front of the station. A nice stroll to loads of parks as well as Wansdworth and Fulham. Super convenient location. The flat is located on the high st. Prime location!!

To secure the room -
àƒÃƒÂƒÃ‚‚ ‚ÃÂà ‚Â‚ÃƒÂƒÃ‚Â‚ÃƒÂ‚ £840 - the full deposit will be needed. As you'll be moving in 1/4 through the month, some rent and bills will be payable to me, then its over to you! As standard there is most likely a referencing fee payable to the estate agents but this can be discussed with them. RoughlyÃà‚ƒÃ ‚‚àƒÃ‚ ‚ÂÂà ‚Â£120.
The remaining rent for the month is £433.35 to cover from 11 June onwards.
