5 bed house sharing with 4 easy going housemates. All the housemates are English and in their twenties. The house has a large front and back garden, and free parking available. There are two bathrooms, a large kitchen with great range cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, 2 fridge/freezers.
Gas, electricity, council tax and water are £50 per month.
The housemates have expressed a preference for a female tenant, so unfortunately I cannot consider male applicants.
