Double room close to Putney High Street

Hey,

our flatmates are moving to East London and Dubai due to work, so we have two double rooms, one for 750pcm available 17th of December and the en suite is 850pcm available early January, in a fantastic location in Putney. The flat is very close (under 10min walk) to Putney Bridge, Putney Station and a lot of (night-)buses at Putney High Street. Additionally, there are two awesome pubs close by, as well as shops.
All bills are inclusive but internet (an additional 10er for me). There is also Sky and BT sports, as well as a cleaner coming once a week included in the bills. The house is a bit unusual built but we do have six bedrooms, two kitchens, three showers, three toilets, a back garden for BBQ's and a roof terrace.

The landlady and her two children are living upstairs on an interim basis. Don't be put off, the landlady is a very nice, easy going woman and her two children are lovely. They will move out beginning of next year. I barely see them because the house is built like two flats, they have their own kitchen upstairs and you will share the kitchen downstairs with me.
