Nice Double room in Putney

Hi!
We are looking for someone to replace me. I'm leaving London and I'm sad to leave this appartment. The room is a small-medium size with plenty of storage it has a double bed with a very comfy memory foam mattress and drawers underneath, 2 wardrobes (one of them built-in) a side table and a shelf. It's a very bright room. The appartment has a kitchen, separated toilet, bathroom and a very nice and cosy living room with a balcony.
We keep our home very clean and tidy. It's not a party house and everyone respect each other spaces, but allways happy to have nice evenings together chatting with a tea, glass of wine, a movie...
We are looking for someone similar, a professional female on her 30s or late 20s who is looking for a home rather than just a room.
The rent is £533 per month, bills are not included and are Internet (Sky with TV) TV license, council tax, water, electricity and gas all together are between £60-80. Putney station and High street are 10mins walk where you have all the shops you need, including a big Sainsbury's. East Putney tube station is 10-15mins walk, Putney bridge station is 15mins by bus and the bus stop is just 3-4mins walk. There is also a very big Asda 15mins by bus.
Ideally the moving date will be the 4th January but It's quite flexible between now and 15th January.
There is an agency involved to check your references and make the contract (no fee required) but afterwards you will be dealing just with the landlord who is really nice and take proper care of the appartment.
