There is living room with Sky Tv (including movies and sky sports), combined kitchen dinning room, garden (with BBQ) and fast broaband/WiFi.

Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances (microwave, washing machine, dish washer good size fridge/freezer), crockery etc.

The house is a quiet and peaceful place to relax at evenings and weekends, but we also like to socialise with each other when we happen to be in.

It is less than a 5 minute walk to Raynes Park centre where you will find Waitrose, CO OP, Sainsbury Local, coffee shops etc. From Raynes park train station you can be in Waterloo in around 20mins and there are buses to Wimbledon and Kinsgton.

Rent is inclusive of all bills (gas, electricity, wi-fi, sky tv and council tax)

There is also a social cat that is 6 months old.
