Large double bedroom to rent near Wimbledon

We have an amazing, bright and large double bedroom to rent in our home. The room has plenty of storage, wardrobes and bed, however it can come unfurnished if need be.

It also has a double driveway, big, cozy living room with separate kitchen and a private garden which is perfect during the summer for drinks/ BBQ's.

It's a short 5 min walk from Raynes Park Station, to Waterloo it takes 15-20 mins. Wimbledon is 2 minutes away by train and run ever 3-5 mins during peak times.

Other connections are South Wimbledon tube (£5 uber from the house - this comes incredibly handy/cost saving over the weekend now you can jump on the night tube)

We're currently a house of 3, with professional jobs which include fashion, beauty and marketing.

The type of housemate we're looking for would be easygoing, tidy, sociable and looking for a place to call home.

Bills are split equally between the house on a monthly basis (approx 90 per person)
