My circumstances have changed therefore I will be moving out of my room.

The rent is £420 per month excluding bills. The bills are around 60-100 per month (council tax, edf energy, Thames water and broadband)

The room available is the biggest in the flat. I will be keeping my current furniture in the room that I have purchased (desk and two matching wardrobes). The current contract is running until April 2015 therefore you can renew the contract for another 12 months if you wanted.

The flat is a 15 minutes walk from raynes park station. You have access to two shops that are 2 minutes away from the property. It is a top floor flat. There is a 24 hour bus service running to Kingston, Wimbledon and clapham park that is available at the bus stop 2 minutes away from the property. To get to Waterloo, it would be 15-20 minutes on the train from raynes park. To get to Victoria from raynes park, you would need to get the train to clapham junction and then another train to Victoria (20 mins).
