The flat is spacious, with a living room, kitchen and dinning area, as well as a balcony. The double bedroom comes with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
About me: I have a pretty busy schedule and my routine varies but when I am home I like to cook; go for a run; drink some wine or beer :). Think I am relatively laid-back but I do like a clean and neat-ish home. Looking for someone who is house trained and considerate.
The flat is located across the road from a Co-Op; Dry Cleaners; Post Office and bus stops. 163 takes you to Raynes Park or to Morden. It is around 20min walk to the closest station - Raynes Park; Morden or Mospur Park stations, which is zone 4. There is a night bus which runs all night from Aldwych and Trafalgar Square to Raynes Park.
Raynes Park has the usual local supermarkets, is a five minute walk from Cannon Hill Common and also a ten minute bus ride from Wimbledon with its shops, the Village area and the common.
