Hi we are a friendly Irish couple non-smokers. We are looking to let out our spare double bedroom on a short term basis (max 10 months) or would welcome Monday to Friday let as well. The room has a double bed, bedside locker, wardrobe and lamp. There is a large reception room, bathroom and kitchen all pretty neutrally decorated. We have a private garden as well, with a shed you could store a bike in. BT landline, broadband and TV package. Viewings from Sunday the 9th November or evenings, we can be flexible on move date for the right person in early December. We are 3 minutes to Wimbledon Chase station, 3 mins to 152, 163 and 164 bus. Wimbledon and South Wimbledon tube's 15 minute walk.
