Huge room opposite Raynes Park station!

Hi all,

We're looking for a third roommate for our charming flat in the heart of Raynes Park. This is a lovely, huge double room that's an amazing deal for the money!

The room has a massive window and a built-in fireplace detailing that adds charm. The pictures do not do it justice -- it's honestly the biggest bedroom I've ever seen!

The kitchen has all amenities, including a gas oven, a new washer/dryer unit and a new fridge/freezer. The bathroom is spacious and has both a shower and a bathtub. We also have a wee living room which we sometimes use as a guest room.

One of the best things about this place is its amazing location. We're right across the street from Waitrose, Co-op, and a pharmacy. About half a minute down the road is a Starbucks, a couple of great dining places, and the train station.

The room is furnished.

Monthly expenses come to £53 for council tax and internet. Bills are very cheap and usually run to max. £60 per quarter (cheaper still in the warmer months).
