The apartment itself has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, very spacious kitchen with all mod cons, dining area and lounge. Sky & Fibre optic broadband is included. The only bill excluded is electricity. This will be equally divided between the housemates.

Very centrally located for travel to the city / central. Close to the Thames Clipper river ferry - nip across to Canary Wharf in less than 5 minutes! Short walk to Surrey Quays Shopping Centre and entertainment complex. Well located for both the Jubilee Line & London Overground at Canada Water or Rotherhithe Station. Should you not fancy a tube commute in the mornings - the 381 & C10 busses take you to Waterloo, Victoria, London Bridge. If you own a bicycle, motorbike or car, there are a few options available for secure parking.
