Beautiful flat in Rotherhithe

Hi there,

I am a live in landlord looking to lease my spare room. I bought my flat in July and have fully redecorated and furnished to a high standard. The room is a double with a chest of drawers, a wardrobe, two bedside tables and a drawer under the bed for extra storage. It looks out onto Canary Wharf and is extremely quiet and peaceful. There is a caretake who picks up the rubbish from outside the flat each morning as well as maintains the buildings. So a bit about me. I am 29 years old and work as a Restaurant Manager at a restaurant in Mayfair (meaning that you will have the place to yourself a lot as I work long hours, although I'm always off on Sunday!). In my spare time I like to cook at home or go out with friends to eat as well as go waterskiing and ride my motorbike. I'm also a wine lover and like to share a glass with friends/housemates. I'm easy going and a neat and clean person however a weekly cleaner is included in the rent, she comes on a Friday and does a very good job in the communal areas and will hoover your bedroom too. Ideal flat mate would be someone who I can get along with and chill out with but also respects each other's privacy. There is a bus stop right outside which is either 10 minutes to Bermondsey or 5 minutes to Canada Water then you are straight on the Jubilee line. There is also a river taxi that is a 5 minute walk then 5 minutes to Canary Wharf so is ideal for anyone who works there plus the Rotherhithe Overground gets you up to Hoxton and Shoreditch in no time at all. I also have a gated parking space as part of the flat which I park my motorbike as well as my mountain bike so if you cycle or have a motorbike there is space for both. Deposit is £850 plus 1 Month's rent up front. I will use the deposit as the final month's rent when the time comes. The room is available as of the 1st December.
