LOCATION: Th flat is located near Little Venice, 5 mins walk to Royal Oak Station, 12 mins walk to Paddington Station (nice walk by the Canal), 10 mins walk to Bayswater Station. Area very well connected by Hammersmith and City Lines, Circle Line, District Line and Bakerloo Line. Location close to shops, tubes and buses. With a small park located behind the property.

CONTRACT: £650 per month, payable directly to the landlord. This payment includes the rent and council tax. The duration of the contract is for 12 months. In addition to this, the security deposit is £900 which is returned to the tenant when the contract finishes.

BILLS: £30 per month. This value covers both bills (Gas, Electricity, Water, wireless high speed broadband) and cleaning service twice a month.
