A fantastic room to rent in the new build development Bromyard House.

The flat, on the ground floor, has been recently repainted and is in top notch condition. The building has a 24 hour concierge, free undercover bike storage, underground parking (available at an extra cost - I don't have a car in London so don't use this facility) and is very secure. It's located right on the edge of Acton so you can hop on a bus to Shepherds Bush Market/Shepherd's Bush in about 5 or 10 minutes or if you want to walk it then it's about 20 minutes.

The room available to rent is a decent sized double and comes with a bed and plenty of space for a wardrobe, chest of drawers and a bedside table. It will be newly repainted and the carpet replaced for your arrival.

The rest of the flat has a large open plan living space with dining table, sofa (heralded by some as the most comfortable sofa ever), armchair, lovely big TV (with Sky+ and Netflix), and kitchen with lots of storage. There is also a double cupboard in the hall with a washing machine (with built in tumble dryer) and plenty of extra storage for you to use as needed.

Included in the rent is a phone line, unlimited wireless broadband, Sky+ HD, TV license, water bills, building service charge and ground rent. Not included is just electricity and council tax. There is also a cleaner which is an additional cost. As the flat is rented privately there are no agency fees, just one month’s deposit and the first month’s rent to pay in advance. References are required.

As for me, I work full time at a marketing agency in the area. I'm pretty active and go to the gym, am out with friends but also love a night in chilling in front of the TV or cooking. I bake a lot too so if you're a cake fan then this is the flat for you!
