Hi,
We have a single room available in a fun filled flat. There are currently 2 Aussie guys, an English guy and girl and am looking to replace myself preferably with a female.
Location is great with close proximity to public transport, night buses and shops. The house is a 5-10 minute walk from Turnham Green and Stamford Brook as well as a 15 minute walk from Acton Central overground station and walking distance to Chiswick.
It's a 2 story place, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and shared living area. The rent is £429 a month plus household bills for £80 which includes Sky, wifi, utilities and general household items. A £429 deposit is also required.
