Lovely double room suitable for couples

I am looking for a professional couple / single person to share this lovely house with.

Location:
Shephards Bush Market station(Hammersmith and City Line) 2 minutes walk
Wood Lane (Central Line) 4 minutes walk
Shepahrds Bush station (Central Line and Overground) 4 minutes walk
Hammersmith Station (Piccadilly Line, District Line, Hammersmith & City Line) 15min walk
Westfield Shopping Centre 2min walk.
Plenty of great restaurants, bars, cinemas, theatre etc. in the 5-10min walk

The room
is light, double glazed, garden-facing and with access to the garden. It comes with a comfy bed, chest of drawers and big wardrobe. There is also plenty of extra storage available in the house (cellar etc).

The kitchen
is new, has an integrated dishwasher, washing machine a coffee machine and the usual items - kettle, microwave, toaster etc. Also, plenty of pots 7 pans, cutlery etc.

The kitchen is a semi open plan with the living room and has direct access to the garden.

The living room
is where we spend most of our time. There is a nice big sofa, an armchair, TV and plenty of shelves for storing books, boxes etc.
It is quite big, so ideal to have friends over for dinner or for just a quiet night in.

The bathroom
is dry and well ventilated, so no blue and black spots on the ceiling not even during winter.

The garden
was redone recently, so it is in great condition, perfect place for BBQs. Also, it is not shared with anyone and the only access is though our house, so it is safe - should you have a bicycle to park.

Quite unusually for London, we also have a nice sized cellar for extra storage.

About me
I work in the healthcare, and very much into cooking, arts and crafts, travelling and hiking.


About you;
I would like to share the house with someone nice, friendly and clean. The rest, your country of origin, occupation, etc. is not important.

The rent is £250/week (includes cleaner, who comes every other week, all cleaning products, kitchen roll etc)plus bills on top £120/month (Wifi, TV licence, water, council tax ) + gas and electricity which is around £30/month (liklely lower during summer)
