Hi, we are looking for someone to fill our double bedroom from the 13th April. We are three professionals (teacher, training solicitor & consultant) and a student and we are looking for an easy going, clean and tidy new house mate to move in.
The house is gorgeous with a huge open plan downstairs with dining room, kitchen and lounge. We have a small courtyard and an amazing roof terrace where we have BBQ's in summer and watch the fireworks from at New Year.
It's a great area with many amenities. Sainsbury's, Co-op and a really friendly corner shop are just around the corner and we are only a 10 min walk from Shepherds Bush Market Station and 15 min walk from Shepherds Bush Station so really easy access to central London.
Bills are around £60 a month. Please also note: couples will be considered but the rent will be £1100
