We have a beautiful double bedroom available in a 3-bedroom house in Shepherds Bush. Fully furnished with a dbl bed, desk, book shelve, wardrobe and a chest of drawers. Large window gives lots of natural light.

The flat is in a beautiful mansions building, located just of the Shepherds Bush green. It consists of 2 bedrooms, a converted living room, and large kitchen with dining table, bathroom & WC. The flat is fully furnished and equipped with washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, and plenty of cupboard space. Nearest tube stations are Shepherds Bush, Shepherds Bush Market and Hammersmith. The nearest bus stop is less than 2 minutes walk from the house. Close to Westfield shopping center, restaurants, and cinemas, gym.

There are two girls currently living in the house. We are hard working professionals, who enjoy socializing, shopping, holidays and nights out! We have always treated this place like a home, and kept it nice and tidy. We are looking for someone mature, friendly, sociable and considerate.

House rules: No couples or students, only professionals. No pets or smoking in the house allowed. Family and friends visits are most welcome, but no subletting or prolonged stays. Respecting other occupants of the building. Notice period is one month, and works both ways.

for the room the deposit is 650 payable on moving in day
The rent £650, payable on the 1st of every month. It is inclusive of Wi-Fi, water and council tax.
We will need a reference from a previous landlord and a proof of salary to show you can afford rent.
