Hi guys,
we're renting ASAP a beautiful and really spacious DOUBLE room with BUNK BED for SINGLE USE (180PW) in a super friendly house in W12 7BL area.
The house is 5 minute walk from Shepherds Bush Market station (Hammersmith & City line),10 min walk to Shepherds Bush station (Central line). It is also very close to few supermarkets such as Sainsbury, Cooperative, Tesco and Morrisons. Cool bars and cinemas are just few steps away from our place and Westfield shopping center is litteraly around the corner.
The house has two bathrooms and a little toilet, a wide communal open kitchen/dining area (fully equipped with hoven, microwave, washing mashine, dryer, big screen tv and dolby sorround system), a lovely conservatory and very nice garden (perfect for summer barbecues).
We're all young professionals living here, all coming from different european countries and quite often we spend some time together.
The calendar month rent including all bills (gas and electricity, council taxes, tv licence and internet) is £780.
