We have a lovely double bedroom in Shepherd's Bush available for rent from 15 July. 

About us: 
We are a flat of three Australian professionals (two girls, one guy - includes a couple) in our early thirties who like to socialise and share a laugh. We all have independent lives but happily catch up in the evenings over the odd drink. 

We are not a party flat but we do enjoy having people over when time permits! 

The flat:
We have a three bedroom flat; one bathroom, lounge, kitchen with two sky lights, dinning room and patio/garden area - perfect for summer.  

Room: 
Furnished double room, includes double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Location: 
We live on a quiet street, close to the Westfield shopping centre, restaurants, pubs and cafes. 

The flat is a 5-7 minute walk from Shepherd’s Bush or White City Stations on the Central Line (one of the 24-hour night time services from September) and a 2 minute walk from Shepherd’s Bush Market Station on the Hammersmith & City Line. There’s also frequent buses that run on Wood Lane and Uxbridge Roads. 

Bills:
We currently pay approximately £80 each per month in bills and includes the following:

- Internet 

- Council Tax 

- Gas

- Electricity 

- Water.

We take turns at replenishing cleaning products, toilet paper and hand soap etc.

We like to take care of our place and make it feel home, hence we are looking for a likeminded professional, who is clean, tidy and a responsible person. No smokers please.
