Great double room to rent in a large town house in Shepherd's Bush. The house is a 5 minute walk from both Shepherd's Bush Market and Shepherd's Bush tube station (Hammersmith & City and Central line)

Westfield shopping centre is also a 5 minute walk from the house, where you have hundreds of shops, a VUE cinema, restaurants, etc.

The people currently living in the house are very nice and sociable. However, they are all professionals and work during the week. They are a very fun bunch and are always up for drinks together over the weekend.

The room itself is the biggest in the house and has 2 sets of wardrobes, 2 chests of draws and 2 bedside tables. It also has a very big window facing the garden and loads of natural light. Also, it is very quiet at night. Ideally, the room would suit a couple, however, please do get in touch if you'd like the room for yourself as a single person.

The kitchen is absolutely huge and leads to the garden, which has a great beer garden feel to it. You'll have access to a washing machine, dryer, cooker, microwave, oven, kettle and toaster.

There is also a very spacious living room with comfortable sofas and a HD tv, which also has Netflix and YouTube.

The monthly rent is £970 with all bills inclusive and the room is available from early September.
