Cozy Double Room in Shepherds Bush

Hi everyone!

I am leaving London and moving in with my boyfriend in Somerset, so sadly I have to leave my Flatshare! I'll be leaving on November 13th, but the move in day is flexible for the right person!

If anyone is looking, it's the best! You will be living with two lovely guys named Harry and Ed! They have been friends for ages and work in central, and their girlfriends are really lovely and live nearby, so they are pros at London life and really know the area!

The room itself is quite small, but it is incredibly homey and I have had a great time decorating it with my Pinterest inspiration! It does have a brand new mattress, a chest of drawers with a mirror and a floor to ceiling wardrobe so there is loads of storage! There are also rows of shelfs that are perfect for books/pictures or whatever you please!

The house itself is really nice, brand new carpets throughout. (Except hard wood in the bedrooms). The kitchen and living room is open plan. There is Amazon prime and we all love watching bake off and generally crappy tv programs! We also have a little outdoor space, so when the weather is nicer you can barbecue!

I'd love to find a great replacement for myself, so that the guys can keep the same environment. Right now we love a nice glass of wine and a chat after a long days work.

There are plenty of pubs and restaurants nearby, as well as a sainsburys, coop, tesco. Westfield is right at your doorstep, white city station is 10 minutes away and shepherds bush market and shepherds bush are also walking distance!

Our current lease that you would be taking over is until the end of June!

Rent is £620 pm, including bills it is £705! For the area this is amazing.

All of the usual estate agent things apply here, so we will need an employment reference, a landlord reference, bank statements etc.!

I honestly can't find enough words to express how great this flat is, I have been so happy hear and I am devastated to be going!
