The room is a decent size which can easily fit a double bed and furniture in it, with room spare to move about.

As far as location goes, it doesn't get any better. Right in the heart of London's buzzing East, and within short walking distance to Shoreditch High St, Old Street, Angel and Hoxton. The house is right on Shoreditch Park (next door to the Gainsborough Studios). With Summer around the corner, park sessions are literally on your doorstep.
Amazing public transport connections. Several central bus lines 3 min walk which take you to Old Street Tube in 10min and Highbury and Islington 10min.
It's a very relaxed and sociable household. We tend to do our own thing but enjoy catching up when we can for a beer and laugh.
The house is recently refurbished and features a modern, fully kitted out kitchen, bathroom with toilet, separate toilet downstairs. The only downfall of the house is the lack of loungeroom, but the kitchen tends to be the hangout space anyway.
Rent is £590 pcm plus roughly £50 for bills
I am only moving out because a great oportunity really close to work has come up, and unfortunately really quickly.
The room didn't come furnished so the furniture is for sale. The pieces of furniture up for sale are; a double-sized bed frame, a decent cupboard, desk with drawer and chest of drawers (as in the photos). These are all being sold together as a set at £220. Items can be sold separately but would prefer to sell them as a set.
The only thing not provided is a mattress. Argos at Old Street is close by and has decent deals!
