The apartment consists of a kitchen and large living room on the ground floor, and four bedrooms, a bathroom and an additional toilet on the first floor. There is a backyard garden with a bike shed with just enough space for four bikes. The place is fully furnished and comes with electric stove and oven, dishwasher, washing machine, and plenty of storage. We have 50+ Mbps Virgin fibre.
As for transportation, 2 Selway House is on South Lambeth road, 5-7 minutes on foot from the Stockwell tube station, 15-17 minutes on foot from the Vauxhall tube, bus and rail station, and almost directly in front of the nearest bus stop (buses 2, 77, 87, 88, 344, 360). It is ideally situated for King's College London, University College London or Imperial College London students, as well as for students of many other universities. All of us current tenants are KCL PhD students and we all get to campus by bike.
Both small and large supermarkets including Tesco, Sainsbury and Lidl are all a short walk away.
