Double room in Southfields in a clean friendly 3 bedroom flat share. Both girls are friendly and sociable however we need to stress that this is not a party flat.
The monthly rental includes ALL bills which also incorporates a cleaner.
The room consists of a double bed, 2 wardrobes & chest of draws.
The flat includes all mod cons: flat screen tele, DVD player, cable TV (with the full Sports/Movies package etc), leather sofas and wireless broadband. The kitchen is equipped with large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, tumble drier, washing machine and is fully equipped with all utensils.
The WC is separate from the main bathroom.
The flat is approximately 9 minutes walk to Southfields tube station.
Minimum rental term is 6 months however after that, 1 months notice is all that is required before you can vacate the room.
