We have a fantastic double room (12" x 10") available in a friendly 3-bed townhouse in Stepney Green for a professional person.

There are 2 room which are available - downstairs room facing the garden will be ready to move in End of September 2012 (or for 1 October 2012). The upstairs garden facing room will be ready to move in End of November. Rent is paid around the 25th of the month, for the 1st of the next month.

The house is set in a quiet street in E1, handy for a bike ride to the City or short trip on public transport. We're a minutes walk to Stepney Green station (District and H&C) and central bus routes - 25, 205, 741D and 744. We're also a short stroll to Brick Lane, Shoreditch and Regent's Canal is just around the corner.

Our place is modern and comfortable - polished wooden flooring, great storage, white-washed walls. The kitchen is fully equipped with Smeg oven, washing machine, 2x fridges and dining area. The bathroom is also really spacious, and we've got a decent-sized living room too. We also have a awesome garden!

We have a double room south facing - bright and airy room in the house. At around 12" x 10", it has white walls, fitted shelving, polished wooden flooring and a black Georgian fireplace.

In the place of our current housemate (who is setting up home with his girlfriend), we're looking for a like-minded professional (male or female) to move in. We're two males, 24 and 31, who work in the creative and design industries. We are both social, tidy and conscientious and ideally, you will be too.
