We have a beautiful furnished bedroom available with double bed, wardrobe and desk.
The flat has big kitchen, bathroom, living-room with sofa and a patio garden.
The area is amazing, 5 min walk to Stoke Newington Church Street and High Street with loads of cafes, restaurants, good-pubs and supermarkets.
Bus stop 1 min walk: 73, 106 (drops you at Finsbury Park, Victoria and Picadilly Line), 276, 243. Train stop 5 mins walk.
The atmosphere is quite laid back and friendly and we are looking for a sociable, clean and likeminded female to fit in. Preferably professional and english speaker.
You will be flatsharing with two males (British and Spanish) and another girl (Brazilian), all of them professionals.
The room is available to move in on September the 1st, however dates are quite flexible.
