Hi there!! Will you be our new housemate???

This is a large, spacious, characterful Victorian house with original feature such as open fire places in most rooms, including bedrooms. The one in the kicthen/dining room is working and used in winter. We have new real wood floors, wood effect double glazed windows, dish washer, washing machine, tumble dryer & everything you need to live comfortably including your own fridge!! We don't mind smokers, but smoking only in the garden and not inside please.

We have 4 bedrooms, one of which will soon be available. Its medium sized, bright and sunny
double bedroom overlooking the garden, with a spacious wardrobe and is nicely decorated and carpeted.

There is also one box room. which is used communally for ironing & laundry. There is storage space in the loft - if needed, and a garage for bikes etc.

We have 2 bathrooms, 1 is for exclusive use of the lodgers & has a powerful shower and large bath. Also, there is another utility room with an extra loo - always handy! The large kitchen/diner has 3 fridges (so one each) with plenty of storage space, & a cosy living room which is communal.

There is a garden where we sometimes eat al fresco! We have free parking outside the house - amazing for London, but true! I usually park right outside the house too. We are close to main road, buses, Tooting Broadway tube and Streatham Common BR and all amenities. The rent will include ALL BILLS, that's WIFI and free landline calls to Europe, Australia, USA etc as well as the usual utilities.

We would like to share with a straight female, lesbian female or couple - sorry no straight couples -(£650 pcm & £650 deposit for a couple) who are friendly, considerate, clean and tidyish & pay the rent reguarly on time please!(Liars, thieves, hermits & needy types need not apply!!) Thanks :)

My 17 year old daughter and I share this spacious house with a lovely female lodger who is always busy and works in theatre aged 32.

I am an Actor/Singer and Music Workshop Leader. I love performing, (I run my own theatre company) going to the theatre, and going out for a boogie. You can come too if you like! I am also interested in fitness - i'm out most evenings doing some sort of class or rehearsal or watching a play. I'm into healthy eating (most of the time!) I'm a veggie, but don't mind carnivores!

My daughter enjoys performing arts, beatboxing and socialising! She is at college studying Production Arts.

We are a busy, sociable, lively & friendly household. We love music, So there is usually some playing in the kitchen. We sometimes have parties (maybe we'll have one when you move in) and friends & family visiting. But the house is still big enough to have a quiet space.

We have a very friendly neutered tom cat & a cute and adorable kitten, both of which love affection, and will love you if you feed them!! Don't worry - i'll buy the food! :)
