The house is a recently refurbished mid-terrace - it has a new kitchen and bathroom and lots of original features (fireplaces etc). The property also has a large lounge-dining room (TV and broadband) and sunny garden with veggie beds and paved patio (great for BBQs).

Located in a quiet residential area (no through road) with unrestricted parking, it is less than 10mins walk to a large supermarket and friendly bars and is close to the green spaces of Streatham Common and Tooting Bec Common and Lido (outdoor 90m swimming pool).

The location is very well connected by mainline train and bus networks. Streatham Common overland is a 5min walk away – less than 20mins to Victoria and 5min to Northern Line tube at Balham; Streatham overland is a 10min walk away for London Thameslink. There are also lots of bus options available for Marble Arch / Sloane Square / Clapham / Kingston / Croydon.

Me: Friendly, tidy, chilled, honest... I love cooking and like to socialise both in and out of the house. My job is fairly 9-5 so I enjoy going out in the evenings. I’m pretty active and enjoy cycling and making the most of the local commons.
