The House: 4 Bedroom terraced house, in a quiet street, with lots of space within the commuunal areas. Myself and 2 other girls currently live in the house. All professionals aged between 20-30.
The house is a 5-10 minute walk to Surrey Quays station and 10-15 minutes by bus to Canada Water station which provides trains directly into Central London with 20 mins. Surrey Quays shopping Centre is 15 minutes walk away with 24hour Tesco.

There is free parking on the street if needed. You would share the Bathroom with one other house mate. The communal areas such as bathroom, kitchen are always kept very clean and tidy and it is never overcrowded due to the size of the house.

The Rooms: Both have a double bed, shelves and wardrobe within to store clothes/belongings. The rooms are big enough to fit a desk in if needed or chest of drawers but those aren't provided.

We require 1 month rent up front of £585 plus whatever is owed for the rest of the month that you move in, plus the deposit of £455 which you will get back at the end of the tenancy given the room is to the correct standard.

One room is available now and the second from Saturday 26th May. Viewing any evening after 7 and weekends.
