Riverside 4 bed house in zone 2 - £500pcm

Hi,

The room is available from mid/end January (exact date TBC) as I am moving into a flat that I have just bought.

The room itself is a double bedroom facing and is already furnished with bed, a stand alone wardrobe, a shelving unit, a chest of drawers and a desk. Rent is £500 per month and bills are £73. 60 per month (water, electricity, council tax, gas, broadband and fortnightly cleaner).

You'd be joining four very friendly housemates: Sophie (23), Mark (28), Annika (30) and Matt (25) who are looking for a new housemate to join in a lovely riverfront house in Surrey Quays. NB - Mark and Annika are a couple.

They all work full time Monday-Friday in London and enjoy all of the usual things such as going out, exploring London and all of the things 20 somethings get up to!

We all socialise together in the house and have the odd night out but we also both have our own lives and friendship groups. The ideal housemate would be: clean, tidy and considerate but also up for a laugh and a drunken night out.
