Hi 

I own a house in Surrey Quays and a single room is available now for £510 per month. 

It has double built-in wardrobes. 

** The room is for ONE person only. 

Council tax, water and TV license are included and the room has its own lock and the house has a garden, BBQ, alarm and double glazed aluminium doors and windows. (Other bills are not included.) 

The kitchen is fully equipped. 

There are two toilets - one on the first floor in the bathroom and one on the second floor and both are very recently renovated. 

The house is near Greenwich, Tower Bridge, two tube stations, shops, Tesco’s, cinema etc etc and the Thames. 

Surrey Quays (East London line) station is about 4 minutes walk and Canada Water (Jubilee Line and East London line) about 6 minutes. There is also a night bus stop moments away. 

Tesco’s is open 24 hrs and is 3 minutes away. 

We would prefer a non-smoking professional female.  The other housemates are one guy and one girl.
