ACCOMMODATION.....Lovely double ensuite room in a residential area. The room and house is fully furnished, and there is a shared kitchen/lounge with dining table.

Bedroom - double bed, canvas wardrobe and underbed storage

Ensuite - Large shower, toilet and sink with storage. Also room for additional storage space in there

Kitchen - fully equipped, oven, microwave, blender, toaster, fridge freezer, dishwasher, plenty of cupboard space

Lounge/dining room - 4 seater dining table, sofa and arm chair, TV with tv licence included and amazon prime, netflix etc

Other facilities - Washer/ tumble dryer, Iron and table top ironing board

There is a lovely friendly cat called Binky who I look after in the property and I may occasionally need help feeding her when I am away but apart from that you'd never notice she is there.

The room is open to single occupants and couples, there will be a £50 increase to the monthly rent for couples just to cover bills. Short or long term lets also fine.

LOCATION..... a 5-10 minute walk to the nearest station (Surrey Quays) which will take you on the overground line. A large Tesco and shopping centre is next to the station. A further 5 minute walk from there is Canada Water underground station which will take you straight into central on the Jubilee line.

ABOUT ME.... I am an easy going, tidy housemate. As I work mainly evenings you will pretty much have the place to yourself then. Happy to have as little or as much contact as you'd like whilst living there but ideally looking for someone friendly, up for having a laugh and will keep the place tidy
