Quick and easy access to London Bridge and Canary Wharf (Sydenham Station - 5 mins) and Victoria (Penge East Station - 5 mins). Furnished and maintained to high specifications, with broadband and cable TV. High ceilings and two radiators make the room airy yet warm. Room is neutrally decorated with own TV. Large chest of drawers, desk and wardrobe provided.
There is a lovely garden with patio, and a conservatory.
I work four days a week and am often at home, although I regularly go away for weekends.
Popular pubs nearby (The Greyhound and The Dolphin in Sydenham, The Alexandra in Penge), Nandos, also large Sainsbury's as well as Xpress Tescos and Sainsbury's at the station. And lots of eating out options, including at Crystal Palace which is nearby.
You always get a seat on the train!
