Sadly the time for me has come to say goodbye to this lovely shared house in Tooting bec. The lucky one will get: a big double room with wooden floor, a bright lounge and kitchen as well as exclusive use to a bathroom. The house is situated on a quiet residential road only 5 minutes walking distance to Tooting Bec tube station where you can take the Northern Line to central London. There are also plenty of night buses and Balham railway station with trains to Victoria is only 2 stops by bus. Tooting common is only a short walk which is great for the summer. You will share the house with 4 professionals (2 boys and 2 girls, so 4 rooms all together) all between 25 and 35. There are plenty of supermarkets (sainsburys, tesco and lidl) as well as takeaways (Chinese, Indian, Thai and Italian) and pubs, restaurant bars etc...The monthly rent includes all bills and council tax, a cleaner every two weeks for the communal areas as well as virgin (big flat screen tv in the lounge with pay tv) and super fast internet. There is also a one off fee of £180 for the furniture in the room (is all in perfect condition). The ideal candidate will be between 25 and 35, professional and clean. We are all a nice and easy going bunch who like to have a glass of wine in the evening or watch a football match on the weekend, however privacy is also important. No party people or students please.
