The rent is inclusive of the following bills (C-tax, Gas, Electricity, Water and TV-License, in a very large house near the tube. Sharing house with 5 other rooms. This is an all inclusive room rental, within the Tooting bec Area.

There is a Large-Kitchen/diner room, two separate bathrooms, one refurbished with double shower, loo and sink, the other with bath/shower, loo and sink. There is constant hot water. Washing machine and separate tumble dryer. No lounge. Nice clean place, and want it to stay that way. Everyone chips in for cleaning products and cleaning effort. No party animals. A cleaner has been employed to come once a week to help out with the communal areas etc.

There is a rear garden area with no grass(so no mowing)where BBQs are commonplace in the right weather and where many a passive social event have taken place :) rear garden has also side access for bikes if you need.

The house is aprox 5-min walk if even that! to Tooting bec tube (Northern line), will suit single employed persons only. Rooms available now. Deposit and refs required.
