The house is located in Tottenham, N17 (zone3),in Bruce castle road! 8 mins walk from Bruce Grove rail station, and 2 mins away from bus stops. The area has very good transport links, Liverpool street station is only 20 mins by train! 10 mins by bus: Wood Green, Seven sisters, Tottenham Hale, Ikea. Wood Green - Piccadilly line, Seven Sisters - Victoria line.

The double room is fully furnished with double bed, large wardrobe, chest of drawers, corner cabinet, desk, chair, 2 seater pull out sofa and it is on the ground floor! There is only one other person you have to share the bathroom with!

The house has 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with toilets, kitchen, dining/living room and a very nice garden with garden furniture and bbq!
The kitchen (and the house) is fully equipped: microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, washing machine, plates, cups, mugs, cutlery, dishes, pans...all kitchen appliances, everything you need for cooking and backing. Also for common use: iron and ironing board, broom, brush.

We are looking for clean, tidy, quiet and non smoking person!

The rent includes all the bills, weekly cleaning, cleaning chemicals and internet!

The room is available from the 7th of March! Deposit is required to secure the room for yourself!
Couples are welcome but the rent is £650 for a couple!
