Small double room for a female professional

Hi All,

Sadly our housemate who has lived with us for the past 2 years is leaving us. We are 3 friendly girls who are looking for a new gang member.

The house has a perfect location between Tottenham Hale underground station with Victoria line and Bruce Grove overground trains to the City and loads of buses, only within 10 minutes walk. You can get everywhere very quickly form here. Shared living room, kitchen, bathroom, garden and broadband.

Something about us: We love chatting in the kitchen, going out together, having pre-drinks with friends on Friday or Saturday night before we hit Shoreditch or Camden and meeting new people. We're very much friends and family like and would prefer someone who would socialise and join us in our mischiefs rather than spend all the time in their room. The room is for a girl, sorry guys! And its a girly house. We are also quite busy hence an independent, self-sufficient and housetrained person is a must.

The rent is £310 pcm and the deposit is £310 too. Must be a professional and a girl, non smoker. It is furnished with a double bed, chest of draws, desk and a chair. Bills are separate and are at the moment arounds £100: £48 utilities + £5 kitty + £48 council tax. The house is not the most glamorous, but what it lacks in looks, it surely makes up with great location and great housemates.

We're going to be on a speedflatmating event on Wednesday 10th in Convent Garden's Foundation Bar 7pm-9pm . Come and mingle with us!
