Really nice and comfortable single room to rent available from now.

The house is in really quite neighborhood in Tottenham, really close to the main street.

The nearest tube station is Seven Sister, you can reach it in 10 minutes with the buses (149, 259, 279, 349), by walk it takes 15 minutes.
There is also another station, Bruce Grove station. You can take the London Overground and reach Liverpool Street Station in 20 minutes. The station is 10 minutes walk from the house.

On the main street you can find a lot of shop, from Sainsbury to Asda included the cheaper one as Aldi. In Seven Sister there is also a huge Tesco.

About the house.
The building is new, it is 3 years old.
3 floors in total: ground floor with a huge living room and the kitchen, full of storage space. There are also 2 storage room, one it uses as room for the washing machine.
1st floor: 2 rooms, a bathroom and another little storage room.
2nd floor: 2 rooms and a bathroom.
Every floor has a bathroom, that means that the new tenant will share it just with another person only.

The room: single room, furnished (bed with memory foam mattress, chest of drawers and wardrobe).

The tenants: we are in 4, 3 girls and 1 boy. We are really friendly and quiet people. We are all working and studying. We are all tidy persons, we love to keep the house clean. When we have time, we like to spend time together.

Age: between 20 and 30.

The neighborhood: really quiet, nice people of different nationality.

The rent is Ãâ⠂¬Ã…¡Ãƒâ€ šÃ‚£500 per month all bills included, plus the deposit of Ãâ⠂¬Ã…¡Ãƒâ€ šÃ‚£200.

The house contract is in my name, so IÃÂÂà ‚¢ÃƒÂƒÃ‚¢Ã¢à ¢Â‚¬Ã…¡Ã‚ ¬ÃƒÂƒÃ‚¢Ã¢ €Å¾Ã‚à ‚Â¢m the person in charge to collect the rent, paying the bills and deal with the landlord.
