We have a fully furnished, good sized double bedroom going in our beautiful 3 bedroom house in N17, Tottenham. Our lovely housemate Kim is moving out and we’re looking for a third person to come and join us! 
 
The room is £550 per calendar month and is available to move in from the 31st July. Security deposit is £580.

About the house and the area…
The house has a large living room, separate dining and kitchen and bathroom (which is downstairs). Upstairs has 3 double bedrooms, each with a fireplace. There is also on street parking. It’s beautifully decorated, has wooden floorboards throughout and an awesome garden! 

The house is on the next door road to Bruce Castle Park, which has a newly opened community owned pub (antwerparms. co .uk) and some great tennis courts. We have a great pub right by Bruce Grove station which does amazing food and has a lovely beer garden. A gourmet toastie and procecco bar opened on the high road 2 weeks ago which is 5 mins walk away and that's right next to the EasyGym and Aldi. There is a Sainsbury’s very close also and Bruce Grove station (London Overground) is an 8 minute walk. This line takes you directly to Liverpool St (20 minutes), Seven Sisters (1 minute and then 12 mins to Oxford Circus) and is only a couple of stops from Stoke Newington and Hackney. The 149 bus stops on the High Road and which takes you to Seven Sisters, Stoke Newington, Dalston and Shoreditch - which is 24hrs and great for getting home after a night out! 

The area is up and coming with lots of new pubs and cafes opening up. There are lovely parks and canals near by and it's a short bike/bus ride to Greenlanes, with lots of bars and amazing Turkish food. We're also a 10 min walk from the Tottenham Hotspur ground which is great for football fans!

A little bit about us…
Bronwen, 24, working in Music and Laura is 28, working in a consultancy firm. We are chilled in the week and do all the usual stuff like watching rubbish TV, cooking/baking and going to the gym etc. At the weekends we are usually out and about! We’re easy going and enjoy hanging out with our friends; we sometimes have people over for drinks. We want a housemate that is chilled, doesn’t mind being social but doesn't mind doing their own thing also :)
