My name's Ash. I'm 33, a travel-writer and film-maker who has lived in North/East London for around 6 years. I travel a fair bit with work, but I love coming back to a home, so I'm looking for a flatmate who I get on with and who wants the same. I'm pretty tidy and easygoing, and love exploring London.

I'm looking for someone who I get on well with and has their own hobbies and interests. My last flatmate was a good friend of mine, and we hung out for a glass of wine and TV a few nights a week, and one or two pub visits a month.

• Tri cafe does excellent coffee
• Styx in Tottenham Hale has become one of London's best new venues.
• Loven does awesome pizzas; Chickentown does great fried chicken; and the Turkish restaurant on the High St does great deals

• It's 10 minutes walk to Downhills Park
• 10 minutes to Lea River Valley, which feels a world away from Central London (with a cycle path to Regents Canal).

There's convenience stores at the end of the road; Asda is only 5 mins walk.
