Light, spacious double loft room with ensuite

We are a (hetero) couple with a 16 year old daughter sharing a terraced house with a dog and 2 cats (none of the pets are allowed access to the rented space). There is a large, well equipped kitchen/diner (incl dishwasher) that we all share, with access to a small garden. (The 2 cats live in here). We have a sitting room that we don't share. (The dog lives in this part of the house). One of us works in a local hospital and the other works from home as a life coach and youth worker. One of us smokes in the garden but no-one smokes in the house. We have lived in Tottenham for 30+ years and love our community. We are lefties by outlook and enjoy people.

The room has windows on both sides so is wonderfully light. It is L-shaped so it can be arranged with a separate sleeping and seating area. The ensuite has a toilet, basin and shower. It is furnished with a double bed and mattress, a chest-of-drawers and a futon sofa bed. (The other things in the photos belong to the current tenants). There is access to a washing machine. There are no parking restrictions. Bruce Grove station is closer (10 mins walk). Nearby (2-3 mins) there is a post-office, corner shop, take away and laundrette (and the W4 bus to wood green stops here). Bikes are locked outside the house.

We are looking for a person or couple who are OK with pets, considerate about shared living and not impressed by Trump!
