I have a decent fully furnished double room for rent available from 1 July in Tottenham.

The room is large measuring 3.5m x 3.25m located on the ground floor, going for £575pcm including bills, council tax and decent wifi. The rent is payable by direct debit preferably.

The house itself is a good size, a newly refurbished 1905 terraced property in the Tower Gardens Estate which is a conservation area so it is fairly pretty, and with a garden. It is also close to Lordship Rec, Downhills Park and Bruce Castle park also.

It is about 5-10mins bus from Seven Sisters, Turnpike Lane and Wood Green with the 123 and 243 buses going regularly from the bus stop less a couple of minutes away. Also there is Bruce Grove rail station about 10 minutes walk away for trains to Liverpool Street.
