There is a northern line train station (Totteridge and Whetstone) one road down from the property, literally less than 2 minutes away, which means you can be in central london in 15 - 20 mins.

The room is spacious with high ceilings and a large bay window. The room comes with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The room is on the ground floor.

There is a large modern bathroom with a power shower and tub on the first floor, and another toilet on the ground floor.

There is a nice big garden with seating perfect for the summer months and the three girls living in the property are friendly and sociable, making this an incredibly friendly and outgoing house. They have no preference whether a male or female moves in, or your age, all will be very welcome.

There is a dishwasher, washer dryer, table and chairs within the kitchen and a cleaner comes twice a month to keep things nice and clean.

Local shops, supermarkets and pubs are a 2 minute walk away with buses and transport running every 10 minutes.
