Personally I've found that walking to shadwell and getting on the DLR is the best route in most cases, it takes 3 - 4mins on the DLR to get to Bank station (Literally the next stop) where their are great links to the northern line and central line & more.

Ive put the room up for Mon - Fri only as i would like access to the room on weekends. I will be traveling for a large period of time and will not need the apartment during occasional weekends.
