We are 4 friendly male professionals in our mid 20s-early 30s: myself, Juan, software engineer, Silviu (software developer), Riccardo (film editor) and Greg (lawyer).

Juan has been living in this beautiful house in the past 3 ½ years. Silviu, Riccardo and Greg joined the house this year. Our former /current housemates have moved out after a long stay in the house (due to the change to their private situation over the years); 2 rooms are available now; 1 room will be available on 10th August.

We love our house and look for 3 happy, laid back housemates (no couples or room shares.) to maintain a good sociable friendly house share.

We have preference for professionals, who are tidy, non-smokers, who look for a home rather than a hostel/hotel room, enjoy a glass of wine, a BBQ, going to the movies, etc. with us from time to time while respecting each other'€™s space and enjoys the international spirit in the house.

Our house:
Tufnell Park, N7, super spacious 7 bed, 3 floors, semi-detached Victorian house with a large back garden. It's 3 min walk away from Tufnell Park tube station/Northern Line/Zone 2 with lots of buses going to Central/West London and the City.
It has 7 huge double bedrooms with high ceilings and big double glazing windows, wooden floors throughout except for the staircase (which is covered by a high quality sisal carpet), wooden blinds, furnished, 2 bathrooms on the ground floor and top floor; 2 separate toilets on the ground floor and top floor. There's a living room on the ground floor and a study on the top floor; a fitted kitchen that opens to the side garden and a conservatory that opens to the large garden.
We have a flat screen TV, dishwasher, washing machine, 1 gas cooker, 1 electric cooker, fast wireless internet etc...
Loads of storage space in the basement. Parking on the street with residential permits (easy to apply with the council and pay a small annual fee) and space for bikes in the back garden with easy access since the house is semi-detached.
Walking distance (approx 15-20min walk or a few min by bus) to Hampstead Heath and Camden Town. All kinds of shops, large super markets, department stores, gyms, ODEON movie theatre etc... between 3-10 min walk.

The advertised rooms are very spacious, furnished with a large wardrobe and large double bed, large window / doors; each costs £200pw excluding bills or £866. 67 per calendar month excluding bills.
Deposit £892. 38 (= 866. 67 rent plus £25. 71 current council tax per person per month).
Reference required (but these are the things you will deal with our landlady). We prefer not to have pets/kids in the house. NO COUPLE, NO TWIN.
